Extensive internal skills, major external partnerships

The team currently consists of 40 direct members and about ten highly trained and qualified consultants. The majority have a five-year degree in engineering (mechanical, energy, electronics, plant engineering, etc.); many have had previous industrial experience while others have come direct from university.

The team works in close collaboration with major external institutions such as the Politecnico di Milano, with which it has been carrying out research programmes for a number years, testing and analysing energy and regulatory scenarios; at the same time, it is in daily contact with Ariston Thermo's training and technical support centre, which addresses directly the needs of the market and makes it possible to involve different stakeholders in the research and innovation process.
