How to join us…

  • First interview with a Recruiter
  • After the application, if your profile matches the requirements set for the role, we will get in touch with you to better understand your experiences, skills and fit with our Company culture. We will discuss your expectations and motivation to join us.
  • Online assessment
  • You will be then asked to perform an online assessment that will measure your numerical and verbal abilities and your managerial capabilities. The type of test is based on the role you have applied for.
  • Meeting with the business representatives
  • Finally, you will be invited for a face-to-face interview with the Hiring Manager where we will deepen your professional background in relation to what the role requires (both from a competency and attitude standpoint).
