

Ariston Group and Shell Energy Italia announce the signing of a ten-year Power Purchase Agreement.
The agreement, effective from august 2025, will provide EU-certified renewable energy totalling 8 GWh per year to power the group’s facilities located in Italy, contributing to the execution of Ariston Group’s decarbonization strategy.

While marking another important step, this agreement also provides Ariston Group with an initial competitive advantage, as power purchase agreements become increasingly relevant in meeting companies’ growing demand for renewable energy.”
